The process begins with projected demand and aggregate targets. The calculation identifies available land. Communities receive the transformation and must then demonstrate what the model failed to see: existing burdens, biodiversity, landscape, agriculture, water, habitability and cumulative limits.
TERRITORY > COMMUNITY > AI > NETWORK
First, the territory’s real conditions and functions are recognised. People and institutions then deliberate. AI helps compare alternatives. The network coordinates implementation and returns capacity to the territory instead of merely extracting land and resources.
The critique does not reject the energy transition. It questions a transition that leaves the geography of consumption intact while primarily transforming the geography of those who produce, cultivate, safeguard and live on the land.
